My Approach
Susie believes that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. Susie's approach is centred around helping clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them.
Susie is committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes, clear fear and phobias, get to the root cause of depression and anxiety, release past trauma and other negative life events that are keeping them stuck in a negative cycle. Build up self confidence and self esteem freeing them to be the best versions of themselves.
Susie is passionate about supporting children's mental health and has had great success in supporting child aged children and beyond.
