This is Belief Coding®'s big sister!! Known as Belief Coding®️ on steroids, this amazing advanced version of the modality can change your life within weeks!!
In a Belief Coding session we look at what discomfort you wish to work on and find out what the negative belief is attached to it. Then we find the trapped emotion and so on. With Mind Navigation we explore lots and lots of discomforts that you are experiencing and what negative programming/beliefs I can hear you saying.
We then delve deep into this negative programming finding out the trapped emotions and where this negative programming comes from. Your subconscious then brings into your awareness events in your life where these limiting beliefs were triggered. Sometimes you may just get a feeling or sensation rather than an accurate memory. You mind literally maps out how these beliefs are connected to how you act and react in the present day.
Mind Navigation is phenomenal at helping you move forward in your life at a rapid rate, as it clears so many negative beliefs over the 4 sessions. I have found Mind Navigation particularly profound for those suffering from deep-seated depression and anxiety. It is also amazing for chronic illnesses.

Belief Coding®️ with Mind Navigation works the same as Belief Coding®, however we can work on different areas at the same time. Creating quicker and bigger positive shifts in all areas of your life.
The first 3 sessions are usually a week apart, we then have approximately a month in between session 3 and 4 to allow for the work we have done to integrate. In session 4 we look at any resistance that has come up, we then do a session around this. I call this the ‘cherry on a cake’ session, finishes it off beautifully.
Belief Coding®️ with Mind Navigation is set out over 4 sessions. The first 3 sessions are roughly one week apart, followed by the 4th session roughly a month after. Each session is around 2 hours long.
